Google Maps Per Nokia N97 Download

I'm having issues when using navigation with nokia maps 3.01. On the map my position is lagging around 5-10 seconds behind where i actually am, even if i have stopped for example at traffic lights, my position on the map will still be 100m or so and slowly approaching. Often I have passed a turn off before it tells me to turn.
