The Grade 5/6 Leadership Club is up and running, and the first initiative from the Club is a Winter Clothing Drive! ACES has partnered with Bayshore Public School who will be the recipient of the donations. From now until December 14th, please send gently used outdoor winter clothing such as coats, snow pants, hats, mittens, boots and scarves as well as warm socks to school.
Canadian Tire money is also being accepted. ACES will be supporting Toy Mountain again this year.
You are invited to send in toy donations. Toys must be new and left unwrapped please. The toy that you choose to donate can be for any age group. When in doubt, purchase a toy that you know your own child would enjoy. Donations will be accepted until Tuesday, December 19th.

As in past years, the ACES Council Family Halloween Dance was held as a school spirit event rather than a fundraising event, and our financial goal was to break even. However, we are happy to share with you that Council — which means, we the ACES school community — was able to raise over $900! These funds will go toward various initiatives to support learning at our school.
