I'm new this community. Let me start by my model lenovo. It's a M52 8212 desktop thinkcentre. Originally came with a 80gb HDD with win /XP Pro. I have replaced the HDD with a 500GB HDD and installed windows 7 Pro.OS with all the latest drivers. My problem is that before I replaced the HDD everything worked on this PC including the sound. Now that I have installed a new HDD with Windows 7 I can't get any sound from my speakers.

I have down loaded all types of drivers and for this, still I'm with out sound. My understanding is that windows 7 does not have the correct drivers I need for this PC.

I have called lenovo tech support and was advised to down load the audio drivers for this PC. Unfortunately it does not install. It's not allowing me to get the correct drivers.
